2. The frame of MNS low-voltage switchgear is a combined structure. The basic frame is assembled by C-type steel. All structural parts of the cabinet frame are made of high-strength and corrosion-resistant high-quality aluminum zinc coated steel plate firmly connected into the basic cabinet frame through self tapping locking screws, and assembled into a complete switchgear with doors, partitions, mounting brackets, bus functional units and other components according to different scheme. The internal dimension, component dimension and compartment dimension of the switch cabinet are changed according to the modularization(E = 25mm), which realizes the requirement of the drawer device to move 1.0mm up and down from left to right in operation, greatly improves the protection grade of the equipment, and realizes the innovative technology of the drawer system device designed based on the principle of fault-free mechanical structure.
